Product Sales

Placing an order forms a binding offer. You’ll receive a confirmation email upon acceptance… Order may be rejected without reason.

Delivery & Shipment

Orders are typically shipped within 3 days. Delivery usually takes 2-4 days, with possible delays up to 3 weeks. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Payment

Payment methods include Direct Bank Transfer, ToyyibPay, Online Banking, or Credit Card. Ceritera Travel Sdn. Bhd. may subcontract payment processing and assign collections to third parties.

Returns & Refunds

Contact us within 7 days of receipt for any product issues. Returns are not accepted after this period or for used/damaged items. Refunds are applicable if:

  • Item is not delivered within 30 days;
  • Item is out of stock;
  • Item is returned in original condition.

Title to Products

Title and risk of goods pass to the customer upon transfer to the shipping provider. Until payment is received, title remains with the company.

User Representations and Warranties

You are responsible for any content you submit. You indemnify Ceritera Travel Sdn. Bhd. against any legal claims related to your content.
